Privacy policy of the website SEMS S.r.l.

This page describes the methods of management of the website of SEMS S.r.l., in relation to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. This notice is given pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 (hereafter referred to as the Privacy Code) to those who interact with the web services of SEMS, accessible electronically starting from the address: corresponding to the homepage of the official website SEMS S.r.l.

The following information applies only to the website of SEMS S.r.l. and not to other Web sites accessed via links.

This statement is prompted by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data gathered by the Group established. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17th May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data on-line and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

The "owner" of data processing
Following consultation of this site data on identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The "owner" of their treatment is SEMS S.r.l., with a registered office in Milan, Viale del Ghisallo 20.

Place of data processing
The handling of data related to the services on this web site are at the above premises and are only handled by staff of SEMS, in charge of processing. No personal data generated from the web service is disclosed. The personal data provided by users is used only to perform the service or provision requested and is communicated to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose.

Types of data processed

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet, which is based on TCP / IP protocol.

This information is not collected to be associated with or identified, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified navigators.

This category of data includes the "IP addresses" or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the web server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user.

This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and to check the correct functioning of the website of SEMS. It should be noted that this data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the website of SEMS or other sites linked to it or connected: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than a few days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The request for sending e-mail to the addresses indicated in the relevant section of the website of SEMS, involves the subsequent acquisition of certain personal data of the applicant, including the e-mail address of the applicant's need to respond to requests. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on web pages dedicated to these particular services on request.

We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor the use of permanent c.d. cookies of any kind, or systems for tracing users. The use of session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user and are normally deleted when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers needed to allow the safe and efficient running of the site. The aforementioned session cookies are used in the SEMS site to avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of users' browsing and do not acquire personal identification data.

Optional provision of personal data
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the appropriate electronic request forms, in sections of the site designated for special services on request. Please also note that their absence can make it impossible to fulfill the request.
Processing procedures and security measures

The personal data is processed by automated means or otherwise, only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. In particular, in the sections of the site designated for special services, when requested user's personal data, the data is encrypted using a security technology called Secure Sockets Layer SSL. SSL technology encrypts the information before it is transmitted over the Internet between the user's computer and the central systems of SEMS, making them unintelligible to unauthorized parties, thus ensuring the confidentiality of information transmitted.

The use of SSL requires a compatible browser capable of performing the "exchange" of a security key with a minimum length of 128 bits, necessary to establish secure connection with the above-mentioned central systems of SEMS.

Rights of interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer, possibly collected in the aforementioned specific sections, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request integration or updating, or correction pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code. The interested party has the right to request cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.

Any requests should be sent to the email address: or sent to FullSix S.p.A., Viale del Ghisallo 20, 20151, Milan.

SEMS does not knowingly use its website to request data from children under 18 years.
